Gonna stop typing like as if its a letter. Sooo, its way past enlistement date. BMT at Tekong, then SCS at Pasir Laba Camp and back to Tekong again, now as a 3rd Sergeant. So guess you could say I've come full circle. I've been posted to my old company in bmt, and gonna be taking new recruits next week. So all in all, things are looking interesting and new for the NS portion of m life.

On a slightly somber note, I wish I could help my friends when they need it as much as I can. And think I do a good job most of the time. But then, there are those days that the words and the actions and the mannerisms escape me and I know that even if - was able to say anything, it would be meaningless and useless. Those days, I curse myself. For being weak. For being unable. For being powerles. But hey, its reason to go beyond.

going to go to my old primary sch tmr as a volunteer. in the morning that is. may get to see some of my old teachers before i go into NS. especially wanna see Mr. swarna! my soccer teacher! hahaha! cant wait! too bad my friend cant come too :(

then going out again in the evening. hopefully that'll be fun too! =))
and maybe i can squeeze in a gym session in between the two. i wanna work on my shoulders a bit.
and i'll be running later on at night/morning(depends)

felt like life was a bit easier than it really is. or more difficult that it really is. I think that sometimes the problem people face. they cant decide which one it is.

decisions too. i guess decisions are what puts people apart. the smarts one from the not so smart ones. the rich ones from the not so rich ones. the strong ones from the not so strong ones. i like to ramble if you havent noticed :)) now i shall wait.....for what, one of you may know. ;))

HEY JACKASSES!!! Alright! So, i need to click back and wind it all back. Otherwise clueless idiots such as yourself won't be able to know whats going on. ;) heehee jkjk So my life since the last post.

The last post was the day before my first day of poly life right? ok. so i guess first up we need to clear up how poly life went. For those of you who dont know, I was in Nanyang Polytechnic, Dip in Multimedia and Infocomm Tech. And there, i met some of the most awesome classmates anyone could have. Truly and seriously. Well, of course they are idiots. But then again, we all are ;) So its awesomer still =) And you will rarely find nicer people(in my opinion). Although statistically speaking, you're bound to find more. But you get my point right? ;) hahahah! Good.

So poly life went really awesome as far as my friendships were concerned. However, academically, i didn't do well at all. Porbably cause since the second week of class i already knew that i didnt want that course(which is ironic cause it was my first choice). So i appealed to change course. but it was rejected. Then came Sem 1 exams. As expected, didnt do well at all. So i couldnt be in the same class as my friends for the next sem. Next sem, luckily i was in a class with at least one or two people whom i knew. Came to know more of them through the next sem. But i still didnt want to be in the course. So i appealed to change course again. But they still rejected it.

So i quit my course. And was thinking about what i really wanted to do. cause truth was, i honestly didnt know what i wanted to do. What profession. What i wanted from a profession. Then came the letter from NS. Saying that since i was currently not pursuing a full time course, i would have to be enlisted, blahblahblahblah. You know what it is right? yea. so i was waiting and waiting and waiting. And finally decided that you know what, a few months have passed already. and i dont want to keep on waiting. they didnt even tell me when i might be going in. So i joined a course in a private sch. Adv Dip in biomed sci. then the idiots send me the letter saying that i have to go in on 9 dec. and im like "oh thats just great". so today is the 29th of november. i have abt 9 more daysbefore i go into tekong. i think thats pretty much it. I'll put up another post later on today. Now, im going out to look for a present for my cousin's birthday. And later in the evening going to exercise. =)))

Hey you dumbasses! I havent used this blog for a long long long time, but I think i wanna try and restart it again. :) so I'll try to update this blog as often as i can. And I'll be asking wanney and elsa or maybe someone else to help me improve this boring look. Oh yea. I'll need to add that chatbox thingy right?

Yea, i'll need help with that too. As for the material i write, by yours truly of course! So i guess thats it for this post. I'll be putting up another post a bit later on today.

Hopefully i can cover pretty much whats been going on in my life since the last post. hahaha! oh and of course, I'll try to summarize it as much as possible. Otherwise, I'll be too long winded. hahaha! So i guess thats about it for now =)) Always remember, Lord Curly ;))

AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER..
Some of you guys or gals may know, avatar has replaced pokemon as my most favourite cartoon of all time. i really love the storyline and the plot...fatt or anyone else who intends to watch it, if you are reading this, stop reading this post any further..got spoilers. fell free to read the other posts however


So, let me explain what this epic cartoon is about.
The story mainly revolves around the protagonist, Aang who is the legendary Avatar. The Avatar is the spirit of the earth in human form. Whoever is the Avatar can control the 'elements' and 'bend'. Whenever an Avatar dies due to whatever reason, the Avatar is reborn thus continuing the cycle. The Avatar possess a defense mechanism known as the Avatar State. Even if the Avatar has not mastered all four elements, he/she still can gain access to the knowledge and powers of his/her previous lives. The Avatar State is an involuntary response, but can be activated at will by an experienced Avatar. The Avatar State makes an Avatar nigh invulnerable when using it. However, if an Avatar is killed while in the Avatar State, they will break the cycle of reincarnation.
In this story, the world is divided into four 'countries' - the Water Tribes, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation and the Air Nomads. Each 'country have built their societies to revolve around their native element. Within each nation, there are people who have the natural ability the 'bend' their native element. They are called 'benders' - Waterbenders, Earthbenders, Firebenders and Airbenders. These 'countries' have cooexisted in harmony for an undetermined period of time. and everything is fine until the Fire Nation attacks the other countries. Only the Avatar is powerful enough to defeat the Fire Nation. But when the world needs him the most, he disappears. A hundred years have past and in the present, Katara, a key character and Aang's love interest, and her brother, Sokka, also a key character, discover Aang trapped inside and iceberg along with his pet flying bison Appa. They realize that he is an airbender, possibly the last(the Fire Nation wiped out the rest of the Air Nomads).Together they set out on their journey so that Aang can learn how to bend the other elements(Aang already knows how to bend air) and truly become the Avatar while being pursued by the banished Fire Nation prince Zuko. There are three seasons in total called books. The first book, Water, focuses on Aang's learning how to bend water. The end of book 1 is pretty impressive with the Fire Nation launching an invasion fleet on the Northern Water Tribe. In the end, Aang goes into the Avatar State and completely demolishes the entire Fire Nation fleet single-handedly, which is totally cool. In the second book, Earth, Aang finds a blind earthbending teacher named Toph. Although she may look like a small girl, dont scoff. Toph is probably the most powerful Earthbender ever. She even invents Metalbending. Although she is blind, she can still 'see' by sensing the vibrations in the earth around her..kinda like sonar except its through the earth rather than air. Book two ends with Aang suffering a fatal wound and almost dying. The final book, Fire, starts off with Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph and some old friends journeying through the Fire Nation on a stolen Fire Nation ship. Aang later leads a failed invasion on the Fire Nation. After the invasion, Zuko joins Aang and the group and serves as his Firebending teacher. The finale of book 3 is a compilation of four episodes intoa 'movie' named "Sozin's Comet". In this Aang finally defeats Fire Lord Ozai.

Hahaha. That sounded like an anti-climax. Nonono. haha. the real thing is really really cool.
I recommend this for all.

heyy guys and gals!!!
its been quite awhile since i last updated my blog. my other blog is in worse condition but i havent really found the time to sit down and do something about it. well its more like im sooooo lazy and am either playing games, or watching movies or doing some other wacky time-wasting thing..hahahas. well i'll try to make an effort from now on. Now to the main topic. Tomorrow is my first official day of poly! i guess the first day will be kinda fun. Cause i've already met all my classmates during the two days of orientation and we all sort of know each other. Well not really know each other..what i meant was that we can recognise each others faces and names and small snippets about each other.
And we'll be meeting our PEM. It stands for Personal Mentor which i guess is like a form teacher. i'll dont know yet, so i'll have to see. And the freaking timetable is also sooo complicated! I mean, come on!! What do they have against writing down the name of the subjects. And cant they elaborate a bit on how to get to our classes? its all given in codes and stuff. So we decided to meet at YCK(yio chu kang) mrt first and then go to poly together. Then it'll be easier. And even if we do become late, we'll be late together. haha.now being late is a bonding activity.
And also, we met most of our ogl seniors and they were really nice and hyped. haha.
Well..apart from all of this i guess there's nothing much to blog about....
Oh ya!! There's this new song by Lady Gaga that I like. Its called 'Paparazzi'. I really liked it.especially the chorus. "I'm your biggest fan, I'll follow you until you love me. Papa-paparazzi!" haha.a bit random i guess.
Then what else?...
Oh! I think I'll add this in just for fun. I was rushing to type all of this before 12pm and its only four minutes to. CHIONG AH!! Hahaha. I think thats it for now..i'll add another post at night after school tmr. Until then, bye!

hey i was watching this show on discovery channel and it was discussing abt the power of the human body. and it was damn cool. like they said that in daily life, we almost always onli use onli 1/3 of our maximum power/strength cause its the optimal power usage for our body. we onli use more than that much amount of power if the situation demands it and in certain scenarios such as emergencies..but if the situation is rite, the body can generate enough stored energy in one short burst..so strong that it is enough to lift a cliff wall that weighs over a ton for a short period of time..or temporarily allow a person to reach speeds of those of professional world record sprinters..the power generated is so great that it risks tearing muscle from bone!!! talk about ultimate cool!!!!!!!!!!!
