hey i was watching this show on discovery channel and it was discussing abt the power of the human body. and it was damn cool. like they said that in daily life, we almost always onli use onli 1/3 of our maximum power/strength cause its the optimal power usage for our body. we onli use more than that much amount of power if the situation demands it and in certain scenarios such as emergencies..but if the situation is rite, the body can generate enough stored energy in one short burst..so strong that it is enough to lift a cliff wall that weighs over a ton for a short period of time..or temporarily allow a person to reach speeds of those of professional world record sprinters..the power generated is so great that it risks tearing muscle from bone!!! talk about ultimate cool!!!!!!!!!!!
